🚧 Is Your Bulkhead Trying to Tell You Something? 🚧
These photos are a perfect example of a bulkhead that has reached the end of its lifespan. Over time, exposure to water, weather, and changing lake levels can cause serious deterioration that puts your property at risk.
Here are some warning signs that it may be time to replace your bulkhead:
⚠️ Erosion Behind the Bulkhead
If you notice soil washing away or sinkholes forming behind the wall, your bulkhead may no longer be holding back the shoreline properly.
⚠️ Corrosion & Rust
Steel bulkheads can rust and weaken over time. Visible corrosion is often a sign that the structural integrity has been compromised.
⚠️ Loss of Land
If your shoreline seems to be shrinking year after year, erosion is actively taking away your property value and usable space.

We've been so busy lately that we haven't posted in a while, but here's a final walkthrough of one of our recent projects on Lake Livingston!
This project included a galvanized bulkhead, upgraded approach, and custom stair setup on the home designed to provide long-lasting shoreline protection, safe water access, and a clean finished look for the homeowner.
