Our Catfish is Deep Skin Filet. No Gray Or Black Belly Just pure clean Fish. Our Shrimp Are a True Gulf Sourced Shrimp. We Hand Cut All Of Our Produce Fresh Every Single Day. We Hand Cut Our Onion Rings. We Hand Cut Our Chicken Tenders and Brine Them For A Second To None Flavor. We Only Use Real Brand Condiments Such as Blue Plate Mayonnaise, French's Mustard, Hunts Ketchup. Our Food is Cooked To Order For The Best Possible Flavor. Come In and Try Us. This is our Hamburger Steak Box. 1/2 lb of ground beef, gravy and onions. We serve with fries and 2 rolls. You can substitute the fries for our homemade onion rings, tater tots or sweet potato fries.

This is our Grilled Shrimp Baked Potato. Fresh grilled Gulf shrimp, butter, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and fresh cut chives. Delicious and fresh oven Baked Potato cooked daily. Come on in and give it a try.

With Lenten coming up I would like to speak about our seafood. Our catfish is called a deep skinned filet. There is no gray or black belly left on the fish so there is only pure clean fish. Our shrimp are true Gulf shrimp not imported. They have an actual sweet flavor to them. Our Catfish can be had as a sandwich, 1/2 or whole poboy, 2 pc. Fish box or a 4 pc Fish box. Boxes include fries, jalapeno hush puppies and tarter sauce. Our Shrimp also comes as a sandwich, 1/2 or whole poboy, 6 pc box or 12 pc box. Come in and try it. You won't be disappointed.

At Snow Top we bake our potatoes fresh every morning. Our ingredients are premium not institutional. We currently offer a loaded baked potato, a broccoli and cheese ( liquid or shredded cheddar ), a BBQ pulled pork with or without cheese, a chili and cheese and a grilled or fried shrimp baked potato.

Our chicken Tenders at Snow Top are hand cut, brined for at least 24 hours. We then hand batter, flour and fry them fresh upon order. We offer several sauces to go with them, BBQ, Honey Mustard, Ranch and our homemade Biddie sauce. We offer a 2 pc and a 4 pc and either can be made into a combo with choice of fries, tater tots or our delicious homemade onion rings. I challenge anyone to find a better tasting chicken tender.
