Shred Kickboxing has been closed for nearly three months and I continue to receive messages from people looking for class information.

Anyone looking for information on where to try classes is welcome to reach out and ask.

Congratulations to Rebecca Moyer on getting in that 100th class! Rebecca comes from a karate background, much like, several of us, which makes this even cooler to me! Keep on kicking @$$ everywhere you go!
