Storage Specialist Position is available in Liverpool, NY at a family owned and operated facility. Are you self-motivated and have a strong sales background? Do you enjoy working with the public and are a problem solver? Then we are looking for you.
Duties include, but are not limited to,
- Rental of storage units and to increase revenues
- Managing the Accounts Receivable process via courtesy reminder calls
- Sales of boxes, moving and packing supplies
- Property maintenance/upkeep (light weight lifting)
- Marketing/networking to local businesses with information on our services
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing tenants
- Rent U-Haul trucks and trailers

Qualifications we are looking for:
- Experience in retail, hotel, equipment rental, or property management preferred.
- Availability to work weekends including some Sundays.
- Clean employment and criminal background
- Valid driver's license required
