Charles Signs is looking for experienced Sign Fabricators & Installers to join our growing team in our modern, fully automated sign manufacturing facility. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and the opportunity to work on exciting custom signage projects!

What You'll Do:
• Cut, assemble, and finish metal, acrylic, and other materials to create custom signs
• Operate CNC routers, channel letter bending machines, laser cutters, and clinching machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Assemble channel letters, dimensional signs, and other custom signage
• Ensure precise alignment and high-quality craftsmanship
• Perform interior and exterior sign installations when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What

We're Looking For:
• Experience in sign fabrication, metalworking, or related trades
• Ability to operate and maintain CNC routers, bending machines, and lasers
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
• Comfortable working with power tools and electrical components
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on-site for installations
• Welding and electrical experience a plus, but not required
• Painting Experience a plus, but not required
• Valid Drive License a must

Work Schedule & Location:
• Full-Time Position (8-hour shifts)
• In-Person at Our Manufacturing Facility
• On-site installations
