STAR Security Inc. continues to provide professional security patrol services and proactive property protection for West Palm Plaza.

👮 Officer Marcelino Ramos completed a 6-hour security patrol shift from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, maintaining a visible security presence throughout the property and ensuring the safety of tenants, customers, and visitors.

Security Activities Performed:

🕖 0700 Hours

Arrived on site and conducted an initial property sweep.
Observed broken glass in two rear parking spaces and documented the condition.
Conducted a full perimeter inspection with no additional issues noted.

🕘 0917 Hours

Conducted a routine patrol of the property.
No suspicious activity observed.
Property remained quiet, secure, and well maintained.

🕙 1023 Hours

Completed a perimeter patrol and storefront inspection.
No signs of trespassing, vandalism, or unauthorized activity.

🕛 1211 Hours

Observed a juvenile riding a bicycle through the plaza with a dog.
Advised the individual that the property is private, and they departed without incident.

🚗 Made contact with an unauthorized vehicle parked on the property.

Driver was advised the plaza is private property and voluntarily left the premises.

🚗🚗 Later observed two vehicles entering the property together.

Both drivers were advised the property is private and instructed to leave.
Both vehicles complied and exited the property without incident.

Primary Duties:

Conduct continuous vehicle and foot patrols of the entire property.
Monitor all parking lots, rear service areas, loading zones, dumpsters, and common areas.
Enforce private property rules and address unauthorized individuals, loitering, trespassing, and after-hours activity.
Monitor for suspicious vehicles, repeat offenders, unauthorized gatherings, illegal vending, and possible criminal activity.
Check all storefronts for signs of forced entry, vandalism, broken windows, or unsecured doors.
Document and report maintenance issues including broken glass, lighting outages, damaged signage, potholes, and safety hazards.
Maintain a highly visible security presence throughout the plaza to deter criminal activity.
Conduct periodic checks of bridge access points, rear entrances, alleyways, and secluded areas.
Monitor for suspicious vehicles entering and exiting the property during overnight hours.
Contact local law enforcement when criminal activity, threats, or emergencies are observed.
Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports as required.
Respond to tenant concerns and assist property management when requested.
Report any suspicious activity immediately to STAR Security supervision and property management.
Patrol frequency should not exceed 30 minutes between inspections of critical areas.
Maintain professional conduct and positive public relations at all times.

This week, Officer Jarious Williams conducted a 6-hour patrol and monitoring assignment at Jupiter Plaza, providing a visible security presence and proactive property protection.

✅ Conducted multiple perimeter and property patrols throughout the plaza

✅ Monitored storefronts and common areas during business opening hours

✅ Maintained communication regarding vehicles parked in designated areas, including commercial trucks located near the property

✅ Observed landscaping operations near Wells Fargo Bank and ensured activities were conducted safely without disruption to businesses

✅ Addressed sidewalk obstructions by requesting bicycles be relocated to maintain clear pedestrian access

✅ Removed concerns regarding loose shopping carts throughout the plaza

✅ Monitored bench and gathering areas to discourage loitering and unauthorized activity

✅ Professionally interacted with individuals congregating near storefront entrances and requested they relocate away from tenant access points, helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers

✅ Provided continuous updates and incident reporting throughout the shift

At the conclusion of the patrol, the plaza was secure, businesses were operating normally, and no major incidents or safety concerns were reported.
