Live Oak attorney ERNEST SELLERS graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1962 and began practicing law in Live Oak. Before retiring two years ago, he represented clients in civil litigation in the circuit courts of 30 of Florida’s 67 counties and in the trial courts of seven other states.

Mr. Sellers will celebrate his 89th birthday in September. For more than 30 years, he has maintained a commitment to his health by walking 4–5 miles per day, six days per week, eating multiple daily servings of fruits and vegetables, and participating in regular strength training for the past 24 years.

Beth Mitchell has been his strength trainer for over three years. Mr. Sellers states that she is, by far, the most knowledgeable and competent trainer he has ever worked with.
