while it's wicked cold outside, if you have a lot of foot traffic in your business (especially good for service businesses - think tire shops, mechanics, supply stores, etc) consider adding a small coffee/hotchocolate station.

Remember that your customers are the heros of their own stories... And all those heroes out there, are cold and could use a warm pick-me-up. You can help solve that problem, while you're solving their initial problem: whatever it is you sell.

**This isn't as helpful for businesses that don't see customers inside of a brick and mortar shop. But think about how you interact with your customers. What's the equivilent of a nice warm cup of joe, for a weary traveller? Consider the extra step of kindness and see if it makes an impact.
