A group of our dedicated School Resource Deputies recently attended the annual FASRO Conference an incredible opportunity to explore new technologies, connect with fellow professionals, and bring back fresh ideas to enhance school safety right here in Suwannee County.

With just 5 weeks until those school bells ring again, we’re already preparing to make this year the best and safest yet! We hope all our students, teachers, and staff are enjoying a well-deserved summer break. ☀️📚

🚨 Another Big Step Toward Safer Schools! 🚨

We are proud to announce that Suwannee Springcrest Elementary has officially received life-saving trauma kits from The Safer Schools Initiative! Special thanks to the Crews Family and Hair’s Mower Parts & Repair for the donation to make this possible!

These kits are designed to empower school staff and first responders to take immediate action in the event of an emergency. With every new school we serve, we are not just preparing for the worst, we are giving our educators and students a better chance at surviving it.

This delivery marks yet another milestone in our mission to make Florida’s schools safer by not only delivering trauma kits to schools in Alachua County but also all across the state.
