Business Update: After many meaningful years, we’ve made the thoughtful decision to close our Etsy shop as we refocus and simplify this chapter of our small business. While saying goodbye to a familiar space is bittersweet, this change allows us to continue creating in a more sustainable way.
Starting today, all of our offerings can be requested directly through our website. Custom products, curated gift sets, and wellness supplies are still lovingly made to order and tailored to your intentions — just with a more personal, direct connection.
Thank you for supporting small business and growing with us through every season.

Why Massage Helps Plantar Fasciitis + Chronic Pain
Plantar fasciitis isn’t just a “foot problem.”
It’s a stress pattern that travels through the entire lower body — the calves, Achilles, ankles, and even the hips.
Massage therapy helps because it doesn’t just treat the pain…
it addresses the source of tension and restriction.
Here’s how:
✨ Improved circulation
Massage increases blood flow to the plantar fascia, helping calm inflammation and speed the healing process.
✨ Reduced calf + Achilles tightness
Tight calves pull heavily on the heel and arch. Releasing these muscles can dramatically reduce pain and pressure.
✨ Better fascial mobility
The fascia of your feet is connected to the entire back line of the body. When this tissue is able to glide and move, pain decreases naturally.
✨ Nervous system support
Chronic pain keeps the nervous system on “high alert.” Massage calms pain-signaling pathways, allowing the body to relax and repair.
✨ Addresses compensation patterns
Foot pain affects the way you walk, stand, and move — often causing secondary issues in the knees, hips, or low back. Massage helps rebalance these patterns.
If you’ve been living with persistent foot pain or chronic tension, you don’t have to wait for it to get worse.
Your body responds beautifully to consistent, intentional care.
Your feet carry you through your whole life…
they deserve support too. 🤍🌿

22 years ago, I opened the doors to my private massage and bodywork practice with nothing but a table, a small room, and a deep calling to help people heal.
No business plan.
No investors.
Just intuition, intention, and the belief that healing is meant to be personal, accessible, and deeply human.
I had bought a massage table 4 years earlier, I was a regular at B&N buying every bodywork book I could get my hands on. The urge to learn how to support the mind and body and its connection has continued to grow now 26 years later. Since then, I’ve built a practice that has grown with me, evolved with my clients, and stayed grounded in what matters most—
presence, connection, and compassionate touch.
I’ve worked with thousands of bodies and witnessed the way pain, stress, trauma, and life experiences settle into the muscles and nervous system. And I’ve seen how, with the right support, the body responds. It softens. It releases. It remembers safety. It remembers itself.
This work is not just my career.
It’s my purpose.
It’s my craft. (Throw back photo to my original product line named after my now grown children)
It’s the way I serve.
I’m proud to still be here, 22 years later, doing what I love every single day—supporting healing, guiding people back into their bodies, and creating space for peace in a world that rarely slows down.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with your wellness.
Thank you for allowing me to grow with you.
And thank you for continuing this journey with me.
Here’s to the next chapter. 🤍
Your body is welcome here.

Why Receive Massage for Plantar Fasciitis? Plantar fasciitis isn’t just a foot issue—it’s a whole lower-body pattern.
Massage therapy helps by working with the fascia, muscles, and nervous system that influence how stress and load travel through your feet. Tight calf muscles and Achilles tension are major contributors to plantar fasciitis.
Massage to the:
• Gastrocnemius
• Soleus
• Achilles tendon
helps restore flexibility, reducing the strain placed on the plantar fascia with every step. Book a session today and let’s get the pain from plantar fasciitis to release.
Many people use sage for energetic cleansing—not because it “removes depression,” but because symbolism matters to the psyche.
The idea of releasing:
• Old emotional residue
• Heavy energy
• Lingering stress
Sage can help create a sense of calm and intentionality, supporting emotional regulation and presence. It’s a supportive tool—not a cure—but many people find it grounding and clearing.
There is a quiet shift that happens when you walk into my office.
The outside noise softens.
Your breath slows.
Your body realizes it doesn’t have to hold everything anymore.
This space was created intentionally—for healing, for safety, for deep listening. Whether you’re carrying stress, chronic tension, emotional weight, or simply the need to rest, your body is welcome here exactly as it is.
You don’t need to be in pain to receive care.
You don’t need to explain or perform.
You just need to arrive.
If your body has been asking for attention, this may be your invitation to listen.
