Old is becoming new again! Progress on this Congress Park basement laundry room remodel, where we removed an old stair platform which made room for new countertops, sink basin and washer/dryer. The new tile floor is hiding under the ramboard... this 120 year old home has earned this makeover, we should finish by Christmas!
