I was referred to this sweet family by my friend, client and former teammember. We met months ago to talk about their plans to move out of state. Yesterday morning, we had the incredible privilege of joining a Zoom call with some of the children and young adults living in family homes through our partnership with Ethne Global Services in Southeast Asia. I was introduced to these out-of-state buyers through some other clients of mine. They are hoping to make Colorado their forever home. They had very specific qualifications for what they were looking for and sent me to FaceTime tour them through this home. We went under contract without them ever having seen it in person. We were all excited for them to come for a visit and get to see their new home.
