Easter Egg Hunt
Joint us tomorrow, Saturday, April 4th for the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Blue Heron Park. Bring a basket for egg collecting and a camera to capture some great photos with the Easter Bunny.
The hunt will begin at 10:00am sharp! All are welcome.

Please join us in congratulating Luke Breedlove and Jim Lawson on being newly elected to our HOA Board of Directors. We also extend our appreciation and congratulations to Kim Lindsly on being re‑elected to continue serving our community.

We’re also pleased to share that the 2026 budget was ratified.
Thank you to everyone who voted and participated in this year’s election.

We look forward to another productive year working together at a community to make our neighborhood the best it can be.

Reminder:
The Village Center is closed this week for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will return to the office on Monday, December 1st.

Wow! Bingo was so much fun last night. We had so many people - at least 100! We reached our capacity with an enthusiastic crowd!
We gave away 5 frozen turkeys, 3 pies, 2 bottles of wine, 2 gift cards to Coldstone, a cute Puffmallow, a coloring tablecloth with crayons, markers and table stuffies , and Giant bag of gummy bears.

Please be aware that a bobcat has been spotted in the neighborhood in Belvedere this afternoon.
In addition, there were reports of hearing the growls throughout the evening last night in San Marino off the golf course.
Spread the word and be extra cautious with children and pets. Animal control had been contacted.
