We’re excited to welcome Graham Christian to our Montana office! Graham earned his degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. When he’s not engineering, you’ll find him in the mountains skiing, hiking, fishing, rock climbing, or tending to his small ranch, where his 10 Icelandic sheep recently welcomed a new group of lambs. We're happy to welcome Graham to our eO family!

We’re excited to welcome Aaron Decker to our Colorado office! Aaron is a graduate of the Divers Institute of Technology, where he specialized in commercial diving. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, including hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and scuba diving. We’re thrilled to have him join the eO team and are eager to see the impact he’ll make as he grows with us!

CDOT Off-System Bridge Inspections🛠️
Not your typical day at the office. eO recently took bridge inspections vertical, using SPRAT rope access and advanced climbing techniques to get hands-on with critical structural elements that can’t be reached from the ground. Suspended above the terrain, our team conducted detailed, up-close evaluations to help ensure long-term performance and reliability.

We’re thrilled to welcome Leah Bailey to our Montana office! Leah recently earned her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Outside of work, she enjoys climbing, running, reading, snowboarding, and spending her summers rafting. We’re excited to add her and her determination and strong work ethic to eO, and we look forward to seeing all she will achieve here!

CDOT Off-System Bridge Inspections🛠️
eO recently had the opportunity to inspect the historic Uravan Bridge in Montrose County, which is recognized as the second-oldest bridge in Colorado. Our team conducted SPRAT-certified rope access inspections, using advanced climbing techniques.

Projects like this highlight the importance of preserving Colorado’s historic infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of safety and technical expertise.

Our eO team recently had the opportunity to perform a complex inspection on a multi-level interchange in Texas.
