New hope for Rockies fans!

Broncos owners become minority owners of Colorado Rockies Owner and CEO of the Denver Broncos Greg Penner and his wife Carrie will become minority owners of the Colorado Rockies, Chairman and CEO Dick and Charlie Monfort announced Friday in a news release.

Interesting numbers out about the Denver real estate market in February. Prices are down and inventory is up year over year. Houses priced appropriately seem to go quick, but houses priced too high are sitting on market for weeks (if not months). There are definitely still good deals to be had by savvy buyers! Plans for new Broncos stadium at Burnham Yard include several phases while preserving some historic nature of site, including repurposing the former locomotive shop. Stadium, museum, team store, and 5-7 million square feet of a mixed use entertainment district. This will completely transform the area. Can't wait to see the design plans!
