π³οΈββ§οΈπ³οΈβπ COURTYARD SESSIONS! π³οΈβππ³οΈββ§οΈ
Princeaus is returning my beloved NWA g**s for the Hairpins: Events for Le****ns & Qu**rs Courtyard Sessions at The Momentary with the excellent Kenny Moss! This show is one week away on Thursday June 25 from 6:30-8pm. I am so ready to perform for all you gorgeous people! The Momentary is one of my favorite music venues in Arkansas because of its accessibility. The week of NWA Pride events is what I've been calling Gay Narnia. I love me some Gay Narnia. Last year I opened for Adore Delano, saw Miss Vanje perform, got to see so many mind blowing local drag royals, I ate a really great burrito, spoke French with my Belgian friend and watched The Lizzie McGuire Movie! It was nice. Thank you to the wonderful Dropping Hairpins Project for creating spaces for q***r love and joy! I came out of the closet in June 2016 and thought that I was closing a lot of doors for myself. I was totally mistaken. The world opened up to me in the best way possible. A decade later, I'm part of an amazing 2SLGBTQIA+ community in my home state of Arkansas and am doing exactly what I'm here for. This must be the place. See you in one week, my pretties! The best has yet to come.

π³οΈβπY'ALL MEANS ALL PRIDE FESTπ³οΈβπ
Welcome to the first annual Y'all Means All Pride Fest! I was going to make this a one off event but y'all's excitement is contagious! This celebration of 2SLGBTQIA+ light and love will be at The Auburn Yard on Friday 26 June at 7pm, tickets are $10 and this will be 18+. We'll have brilliant art vendors, performances by fabulous drag royalty and vibrant mixed genre music by local musicians! There'll be trans led music by the mighty punks Bunker Skunk, the ethereal-pansexual-trans sounds of Father's Joy, and that Korean trans piano goblin aka Princeaus. Plus the great Yuni Wa will be opening the show with his otherworldly sound! Our majestic drag royalty will be our MC Blu Berry, Dali Darko, Mr. Randy, Helixer, Lola Rubitonya and Amariee! There will be so many talented artists vending their work. And our special guests of the evening is the UTOPIA DELI food truck! I love this crew so much. This is by our community, for our community. We will also have water stations for all you thirsty Southern g**s. None of you precious babies are getting heat stroke on my watch. I highly encourage everyone to go follow all these artists accounts and support local 2SLGBTQIA+ creatives and nonprofits. I am beyond grateful to be part of such a vibrant tapestry of q***r people that stretches across the beautiful state of Arkansas. This is not an easy place to be who we are. To come as we are. And yet we are here, q***r, and unstoppable. Our existence is resistance. To 2SLGBTQIA+ Arkansans reading this: you are loved and cherished. Never forget that beyond it gets better- you will get greater, braver and gayer. Our joy is powerful. At Y'all Means All Pride Fest we will celebrate us! Thank you to our masterful performers, art vendors, our flyer artist and to Auburn Yard for making this show possible! See you soon, my pretties!
To local Pride shows, nonprofits for 2SLGBTQIA+ and underserved communities, mutual aid, addiction aid- I would love y'all to have booth at this show to share your mission with people and to take donations! I will personally cover your booth fee.

Hello, friends! Thank you to everyone who has sent me encouraging words of healing while I figure out what medical damage the wreck caused. Apparently getting side swiped by a car speeding on the highway left more damage than I had previously assumed. I am very lucky to be alive and am so grateful for yall! I am absolutely able to play shows. And I am genuinely trying to take my own advice and value rest. I'll give a proper update once I figure out what's going on with my bones! I love you all. Please remember that rest is not a lack of productivity. It's hard to find time for it in this freakin economy and hustle culture doesn't encourage rest. Rest is replenishing yourself for your hard work. Resting is self preservation and self care. Please be kind to yourselves. I promise I'm trying to be kind to myself too. Your life is precious and I am thankful for every single one of you! You deserve good things.
PRINCEAUS - "MAPS"
I always love performing this Yeah Yeah Yeahs cover! You'll be hearing this song live at The Momentary for Hairpins: Events for Le****ns and Qu**rs Courtyard Sessions with the incredible Kenny Moss on Thursday 25 June in Bentonville! I'll be singing it at Y'all Mean All Pride Fest at the The Auburn Yard the next day I North Little Rock. There will be so many excellent musicians, drag royalty, masterful vendors and good food by phenomenal people to be announced soon! I am beyond grateful for every single one of you and am constantly in awe of the talent around me. Arkansas is home to the most creative, brilliant, gifted, delightful and unique artists in the world. Am I biased? Yes. Am I correct? Absolutely. If you don't believe me you'll just have to come here and see for yourself. I am so grateful to be a small part of such an expansive, inclusive and encouraging community. I love y'all to the moon and back! See you soon at The Momentary and The Auburn Yard, my pretties! π³οΈββ§οΈπ³οΈβππ³οΈββ§οΈ

PRINCEAUS - "IN SICKNESS"
Y'all Meets All Pride Fest updates coming soon! I'm so excited to show y'all what we've been cooking up as a crew. I'm grateful for all of you and just grateful to be alive in general. Live is a cycle of destruction and discovery. Broken mirrors still show your reflection. I do not know the bizarre trajectory of my mad existence. Our futures are unknown to us. Isn't that exciting? You mustn't know everything all at once. Stay tuned, my pretties! The show must go on! In sickness and in health. I'll always be your Princeaus.
Forever and Always,
Nora B. "Princeaus"

Support SoMa Little Rock Pride! I promise and know for sure that the ICE supporting vendors will definitely not be there (now and forever). Everyone on their team has a wonderful intentions at heart. I have some very dear friends on their staff and have performed at Conway Pride with several drag royals on their lineup and was astounded by their talent. Please come out and support everyone! I don't think people realize that the majority of their staff are 2SLGBTQIA+ members of our community and people I care about. Please do not leave them any messages and comments of hate to people who are also fighting for our right to love who we love and be true to ourselves. I'm going to go to SOMA Pride with friends and hope to see y'all's beautiful faces there too!

Happy 156th Birthday Mom & Grandma!
Yesterday was my grandma's 92rd birthday and my momma's "25th" birthday! If I look like I'm losing my mind it's because my family got temporary tattoos made of my grandma's face and my momma stuck her's on her chest. My (ν λ¨Έλ) grandma is a depression era Canadian woman from a farm who in*******ally married my ν μλ²μ§ (grandpa) in the 1950s before in*******al marriage was even legal in the US. I am named after her Aunt Nora. My grandma is 93 and still cooks dinners once a week for a local nonprofit for the unhoused called Our House. Swipe to the last photo to see one of my grandma and I's favorites because she's in a karaoke room in South Korean and my grandpa is making his μμ΄κ΅¬ face! It is a ridiculous image so I'm getting it framed alongside Banzai trees I got for her and mom. My (μλ§) momma began doing medical trips and teaching vocational skills to women on La Gonave, Haiti 30 years ago and I began nagging her to let me go when I was 7. When I was 10, she finally let me come with her to Haiti to teach art camp which is why my second language is Haitian Creole. I learned French and Haitian Creole to speak with my big brothers from Haiti and Rwanda. She is the coolest and makes the best fried rice and kimchi-jjigae ever. My momma and grandma are the most generous people I know. A lot of my activism, empathy, sense of morality and green thumb come from them being great role models. You can see my that I'm my mom's mini-me. Neither of us look much like grandma but I love my nose because I'm convinced it looks a little bit like hers. The three of us are parts of one soul, couldn't be more grateful to be so close with and love them so so so much! Happy 156th Birthday, you crazy kids! ππ₯³π

In my conversation with Misfit Maker's Market on Friday, I keep repeating that I am tired and I sent the video of Rodney King's "Can we all just get along?" speech to express my tone. It is remarkable and so unifying that I wanted to convey so I sent it at the beginning and end of the conversation. It has always stuck out to me ask of how empathetic and gracious he was. Marsha P. Johnson and Silvia Rivera's historic speech at NY Pride conveys how I feel better than I can. My main issue is all the blatant ignorance and disregard towards how I was feeling and then saying "Nope." when I asked her if she watched the video I send twice. I do not understand what I did or said to her that is bullying. Then I was in a hit and run yesterday, found out a few hours later that my Instagram messages were all shut down due to a violation. I get called racial slurs, horrible transphobic and ableist comments, by accounts that are still up despite being reported for hate speech and harassment. I am just tired, y'all.
