Our K-3rd graders shouldn’t have all of the Art Contest fun! Rose Bud Elementary Project Prevent held an art contest for their 4th-6th graders recently and here are the winners with their brand new art kits. Swipe for their amazing work! 🎨

Mena Middle School celebrated Red Across America by reading to 5th grade students at a local elementary school. The team read, “Smoking Stink!” By Kim Gosselin. After reading, the team talked about the dangers of to***co use and ways we can continue to celebrate being to***co free at middle school for the next school year. 📚🎤🎉 Way to go to our Mena Project Prevent leaders!

Did you know, when burned, ci******es create more than 7,000 chemicals?! 😵‍💫 There are warning labels for the danger of poisons in to***co products, but no warnings for the toxins in to***co smoke, 🤔👀.

We had a blast yesterday at the 2024 Ready. Set. Record. Film Festival! 🍿❤️🎥 Our finalists received awards and prizes and were able to debut their videos on the big screen! Thank you to everyone who participated this year - the talent always blows us away! Thank you to all of our volunteers, UAPB, MISRGO and Flex360. We will be sharing all of the winning videos on our YouTube channel so that you can go back and watch! 👏✨
