I want to make it clear the Starbucks workers in the Infirmary are not part of this strike. That being said, these workers have been fighting for a contract for over a year. DO NOT GO TO A COORPERATE Starbucks. Support local coffee shops. If you have one you really enjoy post it here.

July Union Activity Update – Supporting Our Nurses 💪
In the month of June, our union stood strong in support of our members:
✅ 9 individual nurses were supported in fact-finding meetings
✅ 2 corrective actions were issued (2 are pending)
📄 We're currently awaiting responses to 2 information requests
📌One Step 1 meeting was held and one was rescheduled
The union had their monthly meeting with Human Resources and Nursing Leadership.
The union also attended orientation twice in July.

📢 Good News, Nurses! 💰

On July 25, 2025, all RNs and APRNs at CHI St. Vincent received a 2% raise as part of our annual wage increases. 🎉

Just a reminder: You receive TWO raises each year
✅ One on your anniversary date
✅ One during the first full pay period in July

💙 SVI is the ONLY hospital in Arkansas that guarantees raises for nurses. That's the power of standing together and the strength of our union!
