Been wanting a camera for forever, and made it happen. Weekend aerial shoot = instant obsession.

I’m beyond honored to share that I am officially an RYT-500 as of today.

It’s been a two-year journey—one that’s changed me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. I’ve learned so much about who I am, and how yoga isn’t just something we do… it’s a way of seeing and living life.

The training through was everything I could have asked for: deep, accessible, and meaningful. The online format gave me the time and space to truly absorb it all. If you’ve ever thought about diving deeper, I can’t recommend it enough.

Here’s to continuing to grow, to live fully, and to trust the unfolding.
