āThe Visible and The Invisibleā is a two part hybrid live performance EP consisting of various reworked ideas and recordings that took place at Scaline Audio this year.
This EP is a meditation on curation and methodic decay, with hours of recordings being condensed down into concise motifs that then faced performed manipulation via tape loops and distortion units. The resulting composition was then sectioned into eight movements within a two part structure meant to guide the listeners through an emotive and cathartic narrative told using shortwave recordings, forgotten lectures and resonating decays, all awash in a living fog of noise.
