Follow-up on yesterday's rant.
Because yal push my damn buttons.

I love your dogs and I get along great with all of you. SO- allow me to rephrase the rant.

It will be mandatory for you to be responsible for checking your own schedule, contacting me, keeping in touch with me and booking an appointment-- TEN (10) --days or more in advance.

No more same day, next day appointments unless I offer that to you.

This 10 day rule has been been in place from day one on June 8th 2022.
It's barely been followed
and..

I always encourage booking "10 days-2 weeks in advance". Always. ALWAYS.

During Christmas and Spring break I reinforce this to your face in conversation.

Then you want "tomorrow or the next day" during these busy times.

Then, you get pissy with me even though I've tried to hold your hand in getting a spot booked.

I can't win in that situation and I'm not interested in that dynamic
