✨Words hold so much power. What we tell ourselves has the power to uplift us or bring us down
🌻Affirmations are positive statements about yourself or what you want- said in the present tense
🔥For some ppl starting with “I am” may feel too strong or inauthentic. Cue
🌅An alternate affirmation can begin with “I am in the process of ...healing”
