The Clif Collection

I’m thinking about doing a pop-up online sale for a series of lamps I designed and built this season. Keep an eye out this week for more information. These are a limited production-run of some concepts I’m exploring at the intersection of light, shape and color. No two are exactly the same.
Approximate size: 4 ½” x 5 ½” x 12” tall
Materials: walnut, maple, pine, acrylics, vellum, copper
All signed series 1 editions
Estimated cost: $80 locally and + $10 if shipped

I have my under stair storage buttoned up (until it’s nice enough to paint outside). The door is spring-loaded and closes on its own and the whole thing is lined with wire mesh to keep leaves and critters out.

Next up… the door. It’s an outdoor storage area that matches the underside of the house deck (once painted). I’m really excited to have a spot for the trash bin, hoses, etc etc.

I’m building out an under-stair storage area that will house trash bins, hoses, etc. Yesterday progressed well, having to work by hangar-light after the sun set. Once it’s completed and painted, it’ll blend right into the existing look of the house.

My latest piece out of the studio: Bar height maple table with hand-rubbed Danish oil finish and brass accents. Thank you Kristen and Chris for taking this design and construction journey with me!
