This gives me hope that the goodness of America is still very much alive as embodied in the kids ( and parents ) of The Warwick Little League. There wasn’t a hint of stress or pressure to win. Just a love of playing baseball, being part of a team , being outdoors with friends, no phones . The parents after a full day of work volunteering as coaches , umpires, and announcers. The kids showing pure sportsmanship and embracing the joy of making friends and having fun without a care as to who won or lost . I found it reassuring. Thank you! Our Open Mic Nights are filled with wonderful surprises, lots of diversity, and plenty of talent. We wrapped up another season and startup again in September . ( 3rd Thursdays). Thanks to Colin Hill and George Carrigan for running these free shows 🙌 See you in September 😍
