🥂🍾This June marks the 25th Anniversary of A Little Off the Top Salon—a milestone that fills me with gratitude, pride, and reflection.🍾🥂

Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside an incredible group of talented and dedicated staff members. Some have been with us for many years, while others have moved on to new chapters, but each and every one of them has contributed to the success and growth of this salon. Their hard work, creativity, and commitment have helped shape A Little Off the Top into what it is today, and I am forever grateful.

Many years ago, a client shared a piece of advice with me that has stayed with me ever since: owning your own business is like having a child. At the time, I smiled, but over the years I have come to realize just how true those words are. You nurture it, protect it, defend it, and work tirelessly to help it grow. You celebrate its successes and grieve its losses. It has been one of the most challenging journeys of my life, but also the most rewarding and one of the very best decisions I have ever made.

Most importantly, I want to thank our loyal clients. Your support, trust, and patronage throughout the years have made this milestone possible. Many of you have been with us from the beginning, and others have joined us along the way, but each of you has played a role in our story. Without you, we would not be celebrating 25 years.

This anniversary is not just a celebration of a business—it is a celebration of the people who helped build it. The staff, clients, family, friends, and countless others who have supported us through the years have all contributed to this success. None of it has gone unnoticed, and I am deeply and eternally grateful.

🌲Salon Christmas party last night! We have a blast in and out of the salon! I appreciate & value them so much & feel SO proud to call them my work family. I surprised my them by including Kathy who retired in June to join us. It felt good to be together again!! ❤️🌲🎅🏼🎁

Yesterday was bitter sweet as Kathy ended her 51 year career in hairdressing. She’s been apart of our salon family for 18 years! We will miss her but excited for her well deserved RETIREMENTEMT! I’m forever grateful for her talent, friendship & loyalty she has given A little Off The Top. ❤️✂️
