I am beyond grateful to have received a promotion to blue belt today from my coach Nick among my training partners and coaches and as well as and .baseball.tc, after an incredible seminar from this morning. Thank you again Coach Wacker
When I started jiu jitsu 2 years ago I was stir crazy from COVID ending Rugby for the foreseeable future and was tired of drinking and watching Tiger King. convinced me to come to the closest resemblance to the basement from Fight Club to have ever existed for a class, a bunch of adversity later and I feel like I’m finally finding comfort in my own rhythm forward.
Coaches, Friends, and Training Partners thank you for all teaching me a lot of lessons on this “journey” but the three most important I’ve learned from this leg of it are Show Up, Settle In, and Slow Down.
