THE SECRET IS OUT! Zest Cooking School is moving! The last day at the Erbs Quarry Rd address will be May 2nd. Classes will resume July 1st in our new location. The new school will be located at The Shops at Rockvale and will be 1,000 square feet bigger! There are lots of surprises in store so follow our social media for updates.

Our Mardi Gras cooking class brought the bold, the buttery, and the beautiful flavors of New Orleans straight to your kitchen. Chef Sophia taught us how to make muffulettas, beignets, and king cakes, which were loved by all!
