Tech Savvy - (QuickBooks, Xero, Word, Excel, Outlook) – required to use
Duties-
Responsible for A/P, A/R, Payroll & Expense Reports.
Completes monthly closings, bank reconciliations & financial statement preparation.
Analyzes and reconciles General Ledger accounts.
Complete Sales Tax and Income Tax filings for multiple states
Chart of Accounts experience required.
Manage year-end audit. Prepare materials for and work with outside auditors and accounting firms as needed.
Liaison with company’s insurance companies and their renewal process.
Assist in the development of accounting systems and enhancement of information processing systems.
