Fourteen years ago today, I started Youtech in my parents' basement.

I still remember sitting down there late at night, wondering if any of this would actually work. There was no roadmap, no investors, and certainly no guarantee of success. Just a laptop, a lot of ambition, and a belief that if I worked hard enough, I could build something meaningful.

To be honest, there were plenty of moments along the way when I wasn't sure we'd make it. Long nights turned into early mornings. There were setbacks, mistakes, risks, and more lessons than I can count. Building a business is one of the hardest things I've ever done, but it's also been one of the most rewarding.

Today, Youtech has grown into one of the largest digital marketing agencies in the country with more than 100 amazing team members across our offices in Chicago, Dallas, and Phoenix.

What makes me most proud isn't the growth, the offices, or the recognition. It's the people.

It's the teammates who chose to believe in a vision and helped turn it into reality. It's the clients who trusted us with their businesses. It's the relationships, friendships, and partnerships that have been built over the last 14 years.

When I look around today, I don't see an agency. I see a family of incredibly talented people who show up every day and give their all. I see clients who have become friends. I see a company that was built one relationship at a time.

I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey. Whether you've been here since the beginning or joined us along the way, thank you for believing in us.

Fourteen years later, I'm still as passionate about this company as I was sitting in that basement. Maybe even more.

The journey has been incredible, but I truly believe the best is still ahead.

Big things are happening at Dominique Dawes Gymnastics Academy, and we got to be there for it!

Our Client Services Manager, John Eimer, headed to Houston to celebrate the grand opening of DDA's newest location in Jersey Village. And yes, he got to meet the living legend herself, Olympic gold medalist Dominique Dawes.
