Let us not grow weary in doing good.

Fall is here. And with it, a reminder.

Paul didn't say the work would be easy. He said don't grow weary.

Church planting is a long obedience. Some seasons feel slow. Some feel like nothing is happening at all.

But at the proper time, we will reap a harvest — if we do not give up.
Keep going.

The harvest is coming.

CALLED TO MULTIPLY.

Before you knock on a single door, walk the block in prayer.

Prayer isn't the warm-up. It's the strategy.

A few basics for prayer walking:
1. Walk slowly - notice the homes, the businesses, the people. Pray specifically for what you see.
2. Open doors - pray for opportunities to happen naturally and for hearts to soften.
3. Go in twos when you can. Agreement in prayer carries weight.

You're not just walking a block. You're asking God to move first.

CALLED TO MULTIPLY.

Multiplication was never optional. It was always the plan.

If your ministry can't survive without you, that's not sustainability.

That's a bottleneck.

Leadership isn't meant to end with you. It's meant to move through you.

To the next leader. And the one after that.

That's what multiplication looks like.

Growth was never meant to happen alone.

Not for you. Not for your team.

Point 3: Leadership Team Development.

Biblical principles discussed together. Insights shared. Practical steps taken — not just talked about, but implemented.

That's how a team grows. Together. On purpose.

10 Marks of a Coachable Leader isn't just a book to read alone on a shelf.

It's a tool to gather your team around.

Everyone wants to grow.

Not everyone is coachable.

That's the line that separates leaders who keep multiplying from leaders who quietly plateau — and it's not about talent, experience, or how long you've been in ministry.

After years of coaching church planters and denominational leaders, Gary Rohrmayer identified 10 characteristics that consistently show up in leaders who keep growing — and the absence of them in leaders who get stuck.

He unpacks all 10 in his book, 10 Marks of a Coachable Leader.

The question isn't whether you have a coach.

The question is: are you coachable?

There's a leader in your life who's carrying a lot right now.

Vision. Weight. The work of building something that matters.

Sometimes what they need isn't more to do.

It's someone to come alongside them.

We're booking now for 2027 — opening up space to speak, coach, and invest in leaders who are in it for the long haul.

If someone comes to mind, send this their way.
