2024 Suzuki GSX-R750 on the dyno today. π₯
One of the last true middleweight supersports still standing.
After dialing in the fueling and optimizing the ignition mapping, this GSX-R750 laid down 127.34 HP and 34.5 FT-LBS SAE on the ASAP MOTO Dynojet.
Smooth power delivery, stronger pull through the upper RPM range, and every ounce of performance extracted safely and reliably.
No guesswork. No canned maps. Every bike gets a custom tune built from real dyno data.

This brand-new R9 came in needing more than just an exhaust sound. After dialing in the fueling to a precise 13.0 AFR and optimizing the ignition mapping on our Dynojet 250i, the results speak for themselves.
π Final SAE Numbers:
β‘ 114 HP
πͺ 65 FT-LBS TQ
Thatβs a gain of over 3 horsepower and nearly 2 ft-lbs of torque from ignition refinement alone after fueling was already optimized.
The CP3 platform continues to prove why itβs one of the best engines on the market, and with the full M4 system breathing freely, this R9 now delivers stronger acceleration, smoother power delivery, and maximum performance throughout the rev range.

From choked to unleashed. π₯
This 2019 KTM 500 EXC-F came in running dangerously lean, with AFRs climbing to nearly 18:1 under load. Thatβs not a recipe for power, reliability, or engine longevity.
After installing the Vortex ECU and dialing in the fueling on the dyno, we brought AFR down to a much safer 13:1, resulting in:
β
+10 HP
β
+8 FT-LBS Torque
β
Improved throttle response
β
Stronger midrange pull
β
Safer operating temperatures
β
Better rideability on and off-road
Peak numbers are nice, but the real transformation is how much harder this bike pulls throughout the entire RPM range.
Every bike gets a custom dyno calibrationβno generic maps, no guesswork.

The Tenere 700 isnβt about chasing peak horsepower numbersβitβs about delivering smooth, predictable power when the terrain gets rough.
After optimizing AFR and refining the ignition mapping, we picked up +10 HP and +5 ft-lbs of torque, giving this adventure machine stronger pull throughout the rev range and better throttle response where it matters most.
Whether youβre climbing rocky trails, powering through deep sand, or loading up for a long-distance adventure, a properly tuned engine means less clutch work, better tractability, and more confidence when conditions get challenging.
More usable power. Better control. Greater capability.
