As a mixed-income project, 7 of the 12 homes will be sold at prices affordable to first-time buyers at 80% or less of Lincoln's median income. These same properties will become part of the Prairie Roots portfolio and remain permanently affordable—sale, after sale, after sale. The remaining 5 homes will be sold at market rate.
