This is a managed farm that we did some tree removal work for this fall. This work should provide more tillable acres as well as improved access to the field edges for the tenant's equipment, increasing the farmablility and helping the client and tenant achieve better results on the farm.

PLATTE COUNTY, NEBRASKA AUCTION RESULTS
101.41 acres m/l sold for an average of $6,000/acre, bringing a grand total price of $608,460. There are 92+/- acres in production (64.6 NCCPI), 63.7 of which are certified irrigated acres under a 7-tower Zimmatic pivot.
