Farm and Restaurant equipment garage sale this Saturday, February 12th, 11am-2pm.
Ordering closes at noon Thursday Dec 9 so you only have a few hours left to order for pickup this Friday or Saturday (Dec 10/11).
We're turning our ingredients preserved this summer into some of our fan favorite dishes for you - many of them freeze well too!

A quick peek at the menu for our last weekend. Some throwback items: Smoked Brisket and Spice Cake were on our very first menu April 2, 2014. Some requested fan favorites over the years with the Heirloom Tomato Soup and Pecan Squares.
We are booked to capacity for both nights.
Check back as we may have a day of 'pop-up' pickup menu in November.....

We change shoes often as we move back and forth between farm fields and the restaurant kitchen. At the end of October, we're retiring these shoes and Renee and Jerry have made the difficult decision to close Prairie Plate Restaurant permanently.
It's been an amazing 8 years sharing our tables with you and celebrating weddings, anniversaries, 80th & 90th birthdays, family reunions, and so many more events with family and friends. We hope we have inspired you to continue to enjoy seasonal eating and celebrating the world class products that Nebraska farmers, ranchers, and artisans continue to offer!
Prairie Plate will remain open Fridays and Saturdays(5pm-9pm)
through the end of October (Oct 22/23 and 29/30).

Still soup weather in the evenings! Our house Minestrone is amazing with so many local veggies! Bison Meatloaf for a treat this weekend too! Reservations required 402-786-2239. Still have availability for Friday evening - only a few reservations left on Saturday.
