Monday can be the most difficult day to find motivation to get s**t done. We have all been there. Best advice to start the work week: put together a strategy. Whether it be a to do list, prioritizing tasks, or scheduling times in your day to tackle certain projects. Checking boxes and crossing items off lists can be motivating and satisfying. End your Monday satisfied.

It’s a NEW week, which means it’s a NEW opportunity to refocus, set NEW goals, and plan out a course of action. At AMPT, when we reflect back to where we were two years ago, it’s truly amazing and exciting to see how much we have grown, learned, and changed. We may have come a long way but we aren’t done learning, growing, failing, succeeding, or changing.
