to just over 3 years ago and one of our favorite hospitality projects: Hamburg Inn & Suites in Hamburg, Iowa.

Completed in May 2023, this 28-room, ground-up hotel became the first and only hotel in Hamburg, providing a much-needed lodging option for visitors, business travelers, and the growing local economy. Designed with a unique barn-inspired aesthetic, the project features executive suites, dining space, business amenities, and architectural elements that pay tribute to the area's agricultural roots.

As we look ahead, we're excited to continue growing our hospitality portfolio and partnering with developers who are bringing new hotel opportunities to communities across the Midwest.

We're actively seeking opportunities to partner with hotel developers and ownership groups on upcoming hospitality projects throughout Nebraska, Iowa, and the surrounding region.

Huge thanks to the students and organizers for having us as they put on an awesome event. It’s always a good day when we can connect with the next generation in the construction industry.
