Just want to give a special thank to the guys at G3 Rods, Jay, Ryan, and Tyler for all there help this weekend. They went out of their way for me, even though they where showing multiple cars themselves. Great bunch of guys. They have a fantastic shop in Rapid City, SD, well worth checking out if you are ever in the area.

Dispite the rain there was a great crowd up in Deadwood this weekend, at Kool Deadwood Nights. The 48 looked good up in the hills and was fortunate enough to be selected as the committees pick for best of show. We are honored to have won concidering all the great vehicles that where there. I look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

Top End Engineering has restored a lot of cars through the years, muscle cars, vintage and foreign. This one was one of the rarest. It was owned by a celebrity and did not get a lot of press, so it was nice to see it in print, in the July issue of Hot VWs. Nice to see that it went to a good home.
