The trick to keeping up with your books is to do a little bit at a time.

My favorite way to do just that is to set reminders to do different things at different times (example: upload receipts and track mileage on the 1st and 15th, organize transactions on the 5th)

It may sound like a no brainer, but trust me it's all about breaking it up into parts and consistency.
