I actually saw more creative stuff than ever today.

You never know the kids surprise you - I kind of assumed they’d know Serena Williams but never want to assume.

Maybe the most important mindset shift we can have. One of my favorite talks so far and very relevant.

I’m blessed and honored that they really seem to be relating to the messages. Today I honestly wasn’t gonna give the story bc we were behind on time- but they were so engaged. What a privilege to get to coach these kids.

The team names are the greatest. My favorite is John Pork they might win slushies for best name.

Delayed gratification is a cheat code and humans are the ultimate at updating their own mental hardware!!

The original reaction was better we had to recreate it. Need a full time cameraman.

Going thru beach practice and Kate reminded me that we worked together as an 11 year old to learn how to get a serve over and now she does it confidently all the time!! What a great thing to be able to share as a coach!!

Kinda made it about me, but I think I brought it back around at the end.
