It's National Adopt A Cat Month. Shelters are full of cats and kittens in needs of forever homes. If you are considering a pet, please meet some of the wonderful cats that are available for adoption in our community.

Meet Carrie, a beautiful shepherd/pittie mix pup. She was rescued with her 6 litter mates. They have all found homes except her. Carrie is very sweet but timid. She will need a little time to warm up when she meets you for the first time. She is great with adults but is fearful of small children. Carrie likes other dogs so would do great in a home with another dog her size. She gets along fine with cats.

IT'S FIDO FRIDAY! Carrie is a Terrier-Pit mix. Carrie was rescued along with her mom and seven puppies. Carrie is the last of the litter. She goes along great with people, other dogs, and cats. Dog Days at the Lima Farmers Market

Bring your dog to the Lima Farmers Market this weekend to visit our pet-focused vendors and grab a picture at our pet photo station! 🐶

Meet Lavern, a beautiful catahoula mix pup. When Laverne was first rescued with her sister Shirley they were in sad shape. After a lot of vet care and TLC they are doing great. Laverne loves people and would do well in a home with another dog her size. She also gets along great with cats.

Shirley is thriving and ready for her furrever home. She loves people and would do well in a home with another dog her size.. Shirley also gets along great with cats.
