AXIS Students

AXIS Students! Grades 6-12 : remember that we have AXIS tonight! 5:30-7:30! We are also kicking off our Fall Missions project collecting items for the Ronald McDonald house!

At AXIS we are focusing on specifically collecting gift cards that are $25 in value!

Our initial goal is 50 gift cards valued at $25 each!

If we hit that 50 gift card goal you will get to vote on which five adult leaders you would like to see get pied in the face!

We will have different tiers… so if we hit 75 gift cards there will be an even more extreme Incentive and then another level at 100 and 150+ will be our “most extreme” tier.

Remember that each $25 gift card means one extra teen and family going through a really tough season feels loved and cared for by their community!

Bring your gift cards every Sunday night between now and November 22nd and drop them off in our gift card collection box at AXIS!

Come to youth and experience the same amazing things! 🙌

What an awesome day we had hosting the first NWO District Quiz meet of the year! Congrats to all of our AXIS Quiz Team quizzers and to all of the quizzers across the District!

It was a great day of food, fellowship, friendly competition and learning and growing in God’s Word together!

Special thanks for every parent and adult who helped with coaching, setup and tear down, preparing and serving food, and more! You are all awesome and we are beyond thankful!

Praising God for a great day and can’t wait for what the rest of the year has in store!

Don’t forget quizzers, there will be practice tomorrow from 3:00-5:00 in the AXIS studying John chapter 4!

Then stick around for AXIS tomorrow night 5:30-7:30!

Seniors: if you want to paint a parking spot just get your own paint and supplies and let us know when you plan to be out here painting!

There are these 5 spots from last year that were painted so let’s start with those, and then any spots next to those are available after they are painted. Just apply your base coat over what has been painted.

What a great way to end the summer at AXIS!

Water Wars was a blast!

With an electric kickball game resulting in the winning team coming back from a 15-2 deficit to win it capping off the night!

We are sad to say goodbye to our graduated seniors 😢 but we are praying for them and supporting them every step of the way and we are so beyond excited to see where the Lord leads them and how He uses them for His glory as citizens of His kingdom! Fear not seniors, for the Lord is with you, always! It may be sad and difficult right now, but God has got you and He has so many incredible things in store for you. Have faith, trust in Him, keep your eyes on Jesus and know that you are so deeply loved and a valued member of God’s kingdom and of our community. Your identity is found nowhere else but in Jesus. You do not belong to the world, you belong to God! Always remember that! - Pastor Joe
