Carpentry: “Banister”

Chad recently removed this old banister and built a new one to code for his customer. From start to finish, this job took about nine hours to complete.

Carpentry: “Patio Steps”

The narrow single concrete step was too difficult to navigate, so Chad built a new set of steps with a handrail for easier entry and exit for the customer (his Mom ❤️).

This job took about 4 hours to complete.

Home Exterior: “Gutter Guards”

Installed these aluminum frame / stainless steel mesh gutter guards on a customer’s one-story home this evening. Covering about 220’ of gutters. Great product and relatively easy to install.

Kitchen Remodel: “Countertop and Backsplash”

Chad installed this previously purchased countertop for this customer. Frames were built to elevate the countertop above the cabinets so the joints could be correctly assembled from underneath with miter bolts - then a team helped lower it into place.

Chad also installed the backsplash along the wall and the archway between the kitchen and living space.

Vinyl Siding: “Wind Damage Repair”

Chad completed another job to replace wind-damaged siding with new. He took the time to research and purchase the same brand/style/color that was on the house. Once the work started, took about two hours.

Exterior Repair: “Gutter Reattachment”

Reattached with 7” gutter screws to hopefully ensure years of staying in place. Including assessment, running to Lowe’s (thankfully nearby) to get new hardware, and getting all reattached - took about an hour.

Carpentry: “Entry Steps and Landing”

The narrow single concrete step was too difficult to navigate, so Chad built a new landing and steps for easier entry and exit for his customer. 5/4 deck board to cap the rail and balusters to finish. This job took about 8 hours to complete.

Bathroom Floor Replacement/Plumbing Repair/Toilet Install

Chad helped this customer with replacing damaged subfloor and tile caused by a bad toilet seal and fl**ge. The customer removed the old toilet and demo’d the damaged section. Chad then replaced the old with new: new plumbing and fl**ge, new subfloor, new cement board, new tile and new toilet. Chad’s portion of the work was complete in about six hours.

Carpentry: “Basement Steps”
•
For this customer, Chad removed the old basement steps and built a new set with risers and wider treads. The change was needed to provide a safer and less intimidating set of steps for their dogs to navigate. This job, start to finish, was complete in about eight hours.
