Hello, just a reminder that the water will be shut off at 9am tomorrow morning. The plan is to have it turned back on within 1 hour. This will affect building 10, units 181-200. If you have any questions, please call the office.

Hello everyone, we have had a few reports of power being out, and I have reported it to AEP. If anyone is without heat, you can go to the community room. Please message me prior to going, for the access code.

Siding has begun on Building 2. Please use caution when walking/driving in the area.

The water is planned to be shut off within the next hour, should be back on in 30-45 minutes from the time it is shut off

The siding and railings have been completed on Building 1. We have also started installing new interior lighting, to brighten up the interior of the hallways.

*NOTICE*

The water will be temporarily shut off on Wednesday November 23, for approximately 30 minutes. A main shutoff will be replaced in Building 8, “Ivy House.”

I expect the water to be back on no later than 9:30AM. I will update on our page, when it is off, and back on.

Building 1 “Ames House” will have the water shut off for about an hour this afternoon while a main shutoff is replaced. I will update any information as I know more
