Trainer Spotlight- John Faust is a highly experienced Certified Personal Trainer, former boxing and kickboxing competitor, and lifelong martial artist with 45 years of training and coaching experience.
With an extensive kickboxing and boxing record, he blends real fight experience with professional certifications including (W.I.T.S.,I.A.C.E.T.,
CPR/AED) to deliver high-impact, results-driven training.
As the Founder and Head Coach of Boxen Fit Club (2017–2025), he successfully built and operated a thriving kickboxing and fitness gym, leading classes, private training, structuring workouts and overall operations.
John is known for his passion, energy, and ability to bring out the best in his clients. He specializes in kickboxing technique, strength and conditioning, personal and group training, and client coaching.
Committed to advancing both physical and mental fitness, he believes consistent training is an investment in long-term health and happiness, empowering clients with the skills, knowledge, and support to build stronger, healthier, and more athletic lives.

Warm up- Row, squat hold, military push up, Spider-Man lunge, overhead squat.
Lower body- Squats, walking lunges and leg curls. Upper body- Push up (modified), seated row, pull ups and d/b reverse fly.
Core- Alternating v-ups, Ab twists and plank.
