It was set day at the Brunswick project. The owners said "We just “toured” our new home and are so pleased.😀 Look forward to the finished stage and moving in!" This is why we do what we do.

The Brunswick project is moving right along. The footers and walls have been poured and the foundation has been waterproofed. The floor is ready to be poured. The house is being delivered next week.

We started our next project in Brunswick. Got the foundation dug out and getting ready for footers.

Today was set day. The house is secure and closed up. Success!

We're making good progress on this project. The groundwork's done, we've got stone in the foundation, the walls are stripped, and the foundation's waterproofed with drain tile installed. We also got the steel beam set and ready for the house set next Tuesday. Stay tuned!

Our new project in Woodsboro began two weeks ago with the digging of the foundation hole. The severe cold snap in Frederick County required us to use blankets and tarps to cover the ground and prevent the dirt from freezing, to prepare for the footers to be completed. Nevertheless, a snowstorm that put 10 inches of snow in the foundation hole hindered our progress. The removal of the snow took Mike & Eric 3️⃣ days to shovel out, as they were unable to use machinery due to the blankets and tarps in the hole. Yesterday, the concrete company started the footers and returned today to finish them and pour the concrete. Fraley Modular Homes is dedicated to taking all necessary steps to keep projects on schedule.

We are finished the house in Jefferson! The homeowners are excited to move in and start making memories in their forever home
