Exciting news today! Solar panels are being installed on the Middlesboro Community Center in eastern Kentucky. The installation will reduce the Center's energy bills by more than 80 percent as well as reduce carbon emissions. Funded in large part by the Cumberland Forest Project Community Fund, this installation is the first in a series of community solar projects we will accomplish in partnership with Mountain Association. We thank the City of Middlesboro and H.O.M.E.S. Inc. for their partnership in this project.

We are so excited to announce that our videography partner, Wilkinson Visual, won a regional Emmy award for a series of two climate change videos they produced and filmed for us. "Farmers in a Changing Climate" and "Doing Business in a Changing Climate" bring together heartfelt, authentic Kentucky voices to tell the story of climate change in an accessible, non-confrontational way that invites the audience to listen, learn and take action. Link to videos below.
