I woke up knowing he was gone.

In my dream, I heard the click of a radio and then the sound of someone tuning in the station.

“Don’t waste the farm, baby girl,” his voice said crystal clear through the speaker.

He had an old radio on top of the ice box (as they called it) that he listened to in the mornings. It was something I always affiliated with him.

When I was in college, my grandparents sold off 80 acres of farmland and their 30 acre homestead to move down to Texas. Every semester of college, I would get a call from my grandmother to ask if I was short on my tuition. When I was, they sent a check for the exact amount.

His farm money.

For my future.

Nothing motivates me more than to make the most of the opportunities every generation before me has put in place. I will make the most of the farm 👊

In a recent hypnotherapy session, I was reminded of his love. And I wanted to share today in case you have lost connection to the true “why” of your work.

Cooperfield Crocs swim team has started again. He hasn't been on the team since the pandemic hit our young people so harshly. Thank God that our young people are participating again in LIFE! And....GO DANIEL!!!!
