We first opened our truck to the public on Halloween of 2018. 😳🎃🎈 We can't believe what a strange, wild and somehow, ultimately sweet ride it's been. (We also can't believe how tiny the kiddos look in this photo! 😭)

October is a special month for Parfait. 🎃 We officially launched on Halloween in 2018―and we can't believe it was a mere three years ago that we were sorting out our business basics. 😵‍💫 Here's a peep at our truck, very nearly bare inside and sporting just its white base coat outside. We filled it with freezer cases and work spaces, and also painted it with the luscious pink-cream-aqua scheme you'd recognize today. 🚛🧊🍦 Ah, me. Where did the time go? Can I just blame the COVID ?

Can't stop, won't stop with the fall flavor finery. 🍁 While this is a photo, you absolutely can and should replicate this seasonal sipper: warm mulled cider featuring the Botanist Mulling blend from . 🍎🍎🍎 Honeyed floral notes, a little citrus... it's really something special.

It's the , mes amis, and it's no surprise that we're thinking about our favorite fall flavors. 🍎🍏🥧 Maybe you've tried our Apple Pie Filling pop with notes of vanilla and cinnamon? It's like the best part of your favorite pie in pop form! 😋

What! A! Day! We've got a vice-like grip on summer, and hope you're enjoying the sunshine today with people you love and maybe a little something sweet. ☀️💘 L-R, these are some of our mini bites of yore: gazpacho, harissa cantaloupe (🤤) and basil melon. These classic pops are sweet-tart, refreshing, and great for a summer afternoon. 🍓🍧😋 We also happen to know that kiddos make for excellent kitchen helpers, should you need some assistance with the mixing. 🥣🧑‍🍳

Ah, summer. It's somewhere out there under the curtains of rain. 😩🌧️ At least we have berries to cheer us up. We've used so many berries in our popsicles―we'll be sharing a berry pop recipe with you soon!―and we're endlessly inspired to try new flavor combinations. to the Blueberry Ginger Farm Pop: richly purpled, naturally sweetened with medjool dates and maple, and made lively with lime zest and fresh ginger root. 🫐💥 This one is dropped into some fizzy kombucha because you know that's how we roll (it's a !).

Mes amis, our FORTY-FIVE DAYS of Kickstarter campaigning has come to a close, and we're not one to gush but...CAN YOU BELIEVE ALL THAT HAPPENED? 😅😭😊 We are so grateful for all your support and we really think you're parfait. 👌💯

If you can remember back to June 28, our initial fundraising goal was $1500―enough to cover the costs of a single smaller mural. And then we hoped to reach $6000 to add a second mural, and then crossed our fingers so hard that we might reach $8000 for additional improvements.

At noon today, we closed out at $9,657! 😳😵🎉🎈💥 Ninety-two wonderful, generous backers (one as young as 7 years!) stepped up to make this dream come true. We cannot say merci enough.

Backers will receive a survey soon, and we'll be updating you with details on finishing the murals and installing them. But for now, un petit peu de repos. 😴
