I see so many people going through illness' these days! Make me wonder. Are people really sick or are these quotas that need to be met? I mean there are a lot of people going through something! Life is truly LIFING for us all!

No matter what's going on, your situation, go get your body checked! Organs checked, physicals, blood work done, men go to the doctor, get that re**um checked, mammograms for both humans, etc.
You never know!

I pray this finds you in good health! Have a great day! Smile, it won't hurt!

With that being said, don't be afraid, be glad you did!! Bc you'll know going forward and it may help with something you already have going on!! 🤷🏾‍♀️

Been chillin, collecting my thoughts! Taking time for myself! All is well tho! Sometimes its good to take time for yourself! Didn't go anywhere, simply stayed home, inside, relaxed, took care of a few things.

Loving this weather! If you know me, you know lol! Busy the rest of the week tho. Had to do things that made me smile these last few days. If no one makes you smile, sometimes you have to do it yourself! And lately, that's been my mission, make Toji smile a lot more!

With that being said, do something for yourself sometimes! Doesn't matter what! Doesn't matter how often! Just makes yourself smile! I do, often now honestly!!

HAVE A GOOD REST OF THIS DAY! Give a smile, take a smile! It won't hurt or cost anything!

Yeah yesterday, I used just for me! I didn't post on here bc honestly, time got away from me! So let me do this early today! Thursday I was tired, Friday I relaxed all day, rested, stayed inside, cleared my head some! Yesterday, I just relaxed some, ride through some of the activities around town. Didn't get out, too many folk for me to be maneuvering through, with this neuropathy, yeah these numb toes prob would've given out!

With that being said, know your boundaries when you're still dealing with any illness'. Don't push too much. I still can't be around too many people. So that's another reason. I give specific hugs. If you don't recieved a warm greeting from me, you're prob one that should stay away. I'm working on energy as well! If you ain't right from the jump, yeah, go on! Things are different now. No other way to put it! But I still love yal! Some of yal...😎🤞🏾

Even when you have neuropathy you have to push through! This pain with neuropathy, your fingers are numb, my toes and feet are numb. Sometimes they hurt too touch, but feels good to massage, if that makes any sense.

My legs hurt, I use 14% menthol spray on those.... sometimes rub them in Biofreeze... these are some side affects from chemo and Keytruda treatments! These aren't good feelings at all. Yes they get in the way of life. But I keep going anyway bc if I don't, it'll be on my mind too much!

With that being said, there will be days your in so much pain, you can't walk, or move, don't be alarmed, rest, it's ok. Just don't stay there!!!

Today is my treatment day! Let's see if I get energy again.... or will I be sleepy? Let's do a poll... what do you think? I'll respond when I get out!!! AND IT'S STORMING, SHEEESH🤦🏾‍♀️ IYKYK

You do have days that you don't wanna go to treatment! You don't wanna see any doctors! You don't wanna talk to any nurses! You're tired of it all! Everyday isn't peachy! You don't feel like doing anything or even going outside! BUT GOD! You find a way to keep pushing! Tell yourself, you're this 🤏🏾 much closer to the end! Motivate yourself! Dig deep! I had too today! And for tomorrow too! 💪🏾

From the men that work on the garbage truck to the people that offer to cut my grass and come and actually do it.... to my peoples that bring packs of water weekly to the people that bring me food: I APPRECIATE YOU ALL AS WELL!

To the babies that are praying for me, to the churches in which call my name for the sick and shut in, the pastors, deacons, etc..I'M GREATLY APPRECIATE!

To my clients that call weekly, to the clients that send flowers, to the my clients that send monetary gifts....I appreciate you all too! To the lil kids that wanna walk Ora, to the neighbor that just stands outside and talks to me, I'm appreciative!

Thank you for thinking about me! BC YOU DIDN'T AND DON'T HAVE TOO, THANK YOU ALL!! It's the little things I'm grateful for, people don't have to be nice!!

Even when it's gloomy outside, you have to find the beauty in it! You were able to wake up and see the clouds, hear the birds still chirping! Even when you're weak, you're able to open your eyes and see the colorful outside! When you feel like no one is there, Pray, he's always listening! Yeah its a gloomy day but its not as warm out. Its comfy enough to open the door or windows this morning and get some fresh air going through the house!

Even when you don't want too, sometimes it feels good to push through anyhow! For small and simple things that your body allows. And then just relax, woosah, and chill!

He's Preparing Me for the next matter in my life! He's maturing me bc he cares for me! He's arranging but he rearranged my attitude! He's training me and tuning me! I'm trying to stay this course and let this happen in his will and I'm out of his way and on his time! Sometimes we get ahead of ourselves and things get out of hand! Timing is not mine! I just need to be patient and let things run its course!

When you're diagnosed, you learn to take it one second, one minute, one hour, one day at a time and appreciate the second at that time! I've learned to appreciate that! He definitely prepared me for this!

Be patient! Stand tall! You've trained for this! You train for hard times all your life! Let him fight your battles. You just stay steadfast and prayerful, and do your part! He'll keep you in the midst of it all! I haven't always obeyed, or done\do\don't do what I'm suppose to. AND I'M NOT CLAIMING THAT I DO NOW, but he's kept me in the midst of it all! Temptations are all around, but I have to stay focused on what's ahead and that's concentrating on my fight I still have to fight for! He's never left me and he won't now! Definitely kept me in the midst of it all! For that alone, I'm grateful!

Never under estimate the powers that be! If something is meant to be, it will be! We can't change it, get around it, dodge it, miss it or even not accept it! It is what it is! The get cha is, HOW DO YOU HANDLE IT? Do you run from it? Do you try to hide from it? Or do you face it head on, shoulders back, chest out and fight?

How you handle sickness, means a lot! Or anything thrown your way that you're not ready for! You face it, handle it the best way you can, be strong, prayerful and ask your God to protect you while doing so, and take it on head first! Don't back down, do it afraid!! Stand tall while doing! You don't have to look like what you're going through! I get this often, "well you look good"... my response, I definitely don't want too look like Cancer!

So try to stay motivated, it's not the end of the world... for some! Keep motivated people around you! Keep positive folk around and in your corner, know who's for you and who isn't! And pray!

When you have to do things you don't wanna do, but you have to look out for yourself bc at this point no one cares! When you get sick, you have friends that are way closer than any family could ever be! My best friends THAT ARE MY "TRUE" SISTERS, have been solid since they day I sent the text and said I NEED ALL OF YOU! They have been there, never switched it up, never changed up, never complained, never started moving different or anything! That alone means LIFE to me and I'll go to war about any of these eight ladies! Kendra, Laton, Shavonda Chestnut Aasiya, Aprille, Danielle, Tamika Saxx Erica....these women are true, these women are prayerful, these women are POWERFUL, they made sure I didn't want for anything! Of course I had some behind the scenes as well, but these here...I will never be able to THANK THEM ENOUGH!

They never switched up like some! They kept 💯everytime! We've cried together, laughed together and they listened to me even when I probably didn't make any sense! I appreciate them with all I have in me!

Those others that switched up and thought I wouldn't recover, or thought this would go another direction 😎yal have made me stronger as well! I do appreciate you. Make sure you keep that same energy and stay away from me! Family included!

With that being said, IF YOU HAVE TRUE FRIENDS THAT BECOME FAMILY, CHERISH THEM! THANK GOD FOR THEM DAILY! BE THERE! NO MATTER WHAT!
