Once a top Lexington movie theatre, today it’s Kentucky’s biggest production studio See inside a building that once housed Woodhill Cinema and is now a 50,000-square-foot production studio.

The Artists’ Studios and Arthouse KY Gallery are taking shape at The MET!

A long-vacant lot in downtown Lexington will soon become apartments. Here’s where. A 119-unit studio apartment building on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard developed by Cowgill Properties will open in mid-2020. The lot where the building is located has been vacant for years.

This was such a great transformational project to be a part of and to work with the best!! This is why I love what I do. Projects like these add to the versatility of e2 design. Loved working with Carson Baughman on this one!

From dilapidated to deluxe: abandoned hotel rooms now apartments for millennials The Studios at Patchen started out as an extended stay hotel from which Norwood Cowgill launched his StudioPlus brand in 1986. Cowgill bought back the building and he, along with his 24-year-old grandson Carson Baughman, renovated the building into tiny apartments targeted at millennials.
